1) MBNA, Beachwood, Ohio, Office Campus
This office campus was constructed over a 12-year period utilizing a consistent design team and construction manager to provide a first class facility for the former MBNA Bank.   McHenry & Associates, Inc. was responsible for the mechanical and electrical design of all buildings. The four main buildings are approximately 200,000 sq. ft. each, with an attached two level indoor parking garage.  The campus also includes A 36,000 sq. ft. child care facility and connecting bridges elevated above street level to allow climate controlled travel between buildings. 2) Higbee Building Renovations, Cleveland, Ohio
The Higbee Building is an 870,200 sq. ft. multi-story historical building built in 1931. Connected to Tower City on Cleveland’s Public Square, the flagship retail store was known for its tenth-floor Silver Grille restaurant and was prominently featured in the 1983 movie A Christmas Story.  The building closed in the late 1990’s, and McHenry & Associates, Inc. has been involved with several mechanical and electrical shell building infrastucture renovations ever since.  (Click here for more details on this project)

3) Emery Office Towers, Shell and Tenants
Warrensville Hts, Ohio
This 80,000 square foot, 4 story multi-tenant office building features many design and comfort features.  As a tenant in the building, we worked closely with the architect (also a tenant) and developer from the early stages of design to provide a first class office building, while keeping the project within the original budget.  The building features a variable air volume HVAC system with hot water reheat and perimeter fin tube radiation to maximize tenant comfort.  Features include carbon dioxide monitoring control and energy management system controls allow for a healthy environment while minimizing energy costs.
