1) Beachwood Place Mall, Beachwood, Ohio
Mechanical and electrical engineering services for 65,000 sq. ft. of space to relocate food court tenants.  Relocated food court to upper level and also reloacted offfices and retail tenants. This included new utility transformer, metering distribution system for the new tenants and rework existing distribution to accommodate new tenant spaces. Also tied new fire alarm system for the remodeled area into the existing system per city requirements. Relocated gas main and established metering for the relocated food court tenants.  Rework water , sewer and electrical services for new lower level retail spaces including a 8,500 sq. ft. restaurant.

2) Station Square, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Electrical engineering services included preparation of construction documents for the 72,440 sq. ft. three-building shopping center, which included 13 restaurant tenants and plans for adjoining court with large water fountain.  Coordinated utility transformer locations and utility routing with utility company and owner.

3) Polaris, Columbus, Ohio
Provided mechanical and electrical engineering services to demo one half of a 180,000 sq. ft. two-story Kauffmann’s Department Store and renovate remaining portion to retail and restaurant tenant spaces.  This project also included two new retail buildings with a two-story Barnes & Nobel and a single level Cheesecake Factory.  Mechanical and electrical services were also provided for three outlot tenants.  This project also included an outdoor court area between all buildings with a fountain centered at the three outlots.  Coordinated with all utility companies and city to provide services needed for each building.  Power Transformers and grease traps were coordinated with the owner and located as not to detract from the architectural design. Mechanical HVAC, water, gas meter, electrical house and tenant metered distribution was laid out for all spaces. Also provided a fire alarm system for all buildings and tied into the malls main fire alarm system.
