Description:
Replacement of a 1200 ton water-cooled chiller and the addition of a water-side economizer plate-and-frame heat exchanger system.

- Construction administration, site observation reports and commissioning services.
System Design Highlights:
- This project was undertaken to replace aging equipment and obtain energy savings at the university’s central cooling plant.
Unique Project Challenges:
- Phasing the installation of new equipment was the primary challenge presented during our design.
